Legacy since 1948
Our company has evolved from a family owned business that began in 1948 in Chicago, IL under the direction of Joseph P. Schwan, to our current level, present generation, concentrating primarily on projects in Arizona, California, Colorado and New Mexico. Since its inception, Double AA has been synonymous with the finest craftsmanship and quality construction expertise, focusing on General Contracting and Construction Management.
The Double AA legacy is widely recognized as a premier general contractor and construction management firm. Our commitment to absolute client satisfaction is the cornerstone of our personal and business philosophy. Structures of masonry, concrete, wood and steel are not the only thing we intend to build; great relationships and true friendships are among our most cherished results.
