Double AA Builders broke ground on its first Home Depot in 1996. The relationship expanded through negotiated projects across Arizona and Southern California, ultimately covering more than 50 stand-alone, ground-up stores.
Each store averaged approximately 145,000 square feet, with development of attached sites exceeding 10 acres. The program demanded consistent execution of national standards while adapting each building and site to its market.
